Privacy note
Last updated October 19, 2026.
What we collect
- Email sign-up: your email address, whether you ticked the consent box, the date and time, which form you used, and the language (English or Spanish) you signed up in. That's all.
- BOGO offer: your mobile number, a note that it is not verified (or the date it was verified), the date you agreed we may text you, and the date you claimed the offer. To unlock the offer we send a one-time code to the email you signed up with (or later, by text). While a code is pending we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy for up to 10 minutes, never the code itself.
- We never ask for health information, and there are no accounts or ads on this site.
How we use it
- To give you the checklist and send you occasional ToothFox offers, if you ticked the box.
- To send you a one-time code that unlocks the BOGO offer, to keep it to one offer per email and per phone number, and, if you agreed, to text you about your offer later.
- We don't sell your email or phone number. ToothFox sign-ups are kept separate from any other business's records.
Text messages
By ticking the box on the BOGO page you agree that ToothFox may text your number about your offer. We are not sending texts yet. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Your choices
- Every ToothFox email includes an unsubscribe link.
- For privacy requests (for example, to see or delete what we have about you), email [email protected].
Other services we use
- ToothFox emails are sent from [email protected] through Hostinger's email service.
- Our site runs on Cloudflare. Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person, not a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare describes as privacy-first analytics that does not collect visitors' personal data (Cloudflare).
- Cloudflare may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) and may set strictly necessary security cookies to run and protect the site (Cloudflare cookies).
ToothFox is not dental insurance and does not give dental advice. Always follow your dentist's instructions.
